- Five (5) credits in SSCE/WASSCE, including English Language and Mathematics in one sitting, or six (6) credits in not more than two sittings.
- Candidates must be below 40 years of age by the closing date.
- Applicants must hold an Ordinary National Diploma (OND), National Certificate of Education (NCE), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor’s degree (B.A/B.Sc.) in any recognised discipline with at least a Second Class Lower Division.
- A minimum of three years of post-NYSC teaching experience is required. A Master’s Degree in Measurement and Evaluation is an added advantage.
- Candidates applying for specialised roles must have relevant professional certifications, including Membership in ICAN, ACCA (UK), or ACA (Accountants), Full registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) and a valid practising licence (Medical Officers), and Certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, or ATD (Human Resource Officers).
- Candidates should be able to demonstrate high integrity and reliability, ability to work extra hours with minimal supervision, teamwork and leadership capabilities.
- Applicants must have good analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is an added advantage.
