NERC Recruitment Requirements for 2025
To be eligible for the NERC recruitment exercise, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Must be Nigerian citizens aged between 18 and 45 years.
- Minimum qualifications include HND, B.Sc., NCE, or OND from an accredited institution.
- Candidates for senior positions must hold a minimum of a Second-Class Honours Degree or its equivalent.
- Possession of a discharge or exemption certificate from the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) is mandatory.
- Candidates must have at least five credits in relevant subjects, including English and Mathematics, obtained in no more than two sittings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software is an added advantage.
- Applicants must not have any criminal records and must provide a reliable referee.
- Candidates must possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Drivers or technicians applying must also hold a trade test certificate or a valid driving licence.
- Medical fitness and proof of identification, such as a National Identification Number (NIN), are required for all applicants.
How to Apply for NERC Recruitment in 2025
