Nigeria Immigration Service Recruitment Requirements 2025

• Only citizens by birth are eligible.
• All applicants must possess a valid NIN for verification.
• Candidates must possess either a Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (SSCE), NECO, GCE, or higher qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), or National Diploma (ND). The credentials must be obtained in no more than two sittings, with credits in English and Mathematics.
• Applicants must have no criminal record and must not belong to secret societies or cults. Drug addiction is also grounds for disqualification.
• A medical fitness certificate from a government hospital is mandatory.
• Candidates must be aged 18 to 35.
• Proficiency in computer use is an added advantage.
• Male applicants must be at least 1.65 metres tall, while females must be at least 1.60 metres. Male candidates also need a minimum chest measurement of 0.87 metres.
