Osun Amotekun Corps Screening Starts March 3rd – See Full Dates

Osun Amotekun Corps has announced the screening exercise for people who applied to join. The screening will begin on Monday, 3rd March 2025, and end on Wednesday, 5th March 2025. The venue for the screening is the Amotekun Headquarters, Powerline Area, along Ikirun Road, Osogbo, Osun State.

After the first screening, there will be a physical fitness test. This test will take place on Friday, 7th March, and Saturday, 8th March 2025. Only those who pass the first screening will take part in this exercise. The test will include a 1km race. This is to check if the applicants are strong enough for the job. Those taking part must wear white shorts, a white round-neck T-shirt, and white sneakers.

Document Requirements

All applicants must bring important documents to the screening venue. These documents include:

  • Local Government Identification Certificate
  • National Identification Number (NIN)
  • Birth Certificate
  • Academic Certificates or Results
  • Other necessary certificates like Trade Test Certificates or Driver’s License

Applicants must also go to a government-owned hospital for a medical fitness test. They should bring the results of this test to the screening to prove they are medically fit for the job.

The screening will be held in different groups based on the local government areas.

On Monday, 3rd March 2025, at 7:00 am, the screening is for Osun East Senatorial District. This includes Ilesa West, Ilesa East, Atakumosa East, Atakumosa West, Oriade, Obokun, Ife South, Ife East and Area Office, Ife Central, and Ife North.

On Tuesday, 4th March 2025, at 7:00 am, the screening is for Osun Central Senatorial District. This includes Ifelodun, Boripe, Orolu, Irepodun, Osogbo, Olorunda, Boluwaduro, Ila, Ifedayo, and Boripe.

On Wednesday, 5th March 2025, at 7:00 am, the screening is for Osun West Senatorial District. This includes Aiyedaade, Aiyedire, Ede North, Ede South, Egbedore, Ejigbo, Irewole, Isokan, Iwo, and Ola Oluwa.

Applicants should make sure they come on the right date for their local government area. They should also come early and bring all the required documents. Missing the screening or not bringing the correct documents may lead to disqualification.
