Selected Candidates for Osun Amotekun Corps Begin Training Friday, March 7

The Osun State Security Network and Amotekun Corps have released the names of people selected to join the Osun Amotekun Corps.

The chosen candidates passed different tests. They were checked for physical strength, mental ability, and if they are fit for the job.

People who applied should go to the Osun Amotekun Headquarters at Powerline Area, Osogbo, to see if their names are on the list.

The successful candidates must take part in a 1km fitness exercise on Friday, March 7, 2025. The race will start at the Government Secretariat Second Gate, Abeere, and end at the Christian Pilgrim Welfare Board near the Centre for Black Culture and International Understanding.

All selected candidates must wear a white round-neck t-shirt, white shorts, and white sneakers for the exercise.

After the fitness test, all successful candidates must go to the NYSC Orientation Camp in Ede, Osun State. They will begin their training and induction on Monday, March 10, 2025.

This is a big step in the recruitment process. The selected candidates will receive training to help improve security in Osun State.
