• Candidates must have a Secondary School Certificate with at least five credits, including English and Mathematics.
• Have a clean criminal record with no past convictions.
• Not be involved in secret societies, cults, or drug-related activities.
• Trade Test Certificates or proficiency certificates approved by the Federal Ministry of Labour and Productivity may also be acceptable.
