Applicants must meet the following:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental sciences, geography, management, economics, social sciences, regional planning, or a related field. A master’s degree or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
- At least five years of experience in project management, preferably in a related field. Familiarity with World Bank procurement guidelines and expertise in environmental or watershed management is an advantage. Experience at the Director or General Manager level in a Federal Ministry, Department, or Agency (MDA) is also beneficial.
- Strong planning, communication, and writing skills.
- Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Digital communications experience.
- Human resource management skills, with the ability to recruit, motivate, and supervise team members.
